Building a Strategic Project Plan: Creating a Library for a Major Hospital System

Recently, I had the opportunity to develop a comprehensive strategic project plan for a major hospital system, focused on creating an internal library for employees. This initiative was designed to provide a valuable resource for continued education, professional development, and personal growth, all within the hospital environment.

The Vision

The idea was simple: offer hospital employees access to a curated library that would support their career advancement, well-being, and work-life balance. Strategy & Planning

To bring this vision to life, I developed a strategic framework centered around three key pillars:
